Soundcraft Vi1
Offline Editor - Virtual Vi

Virtual Vi for Soundcraft Vi1
We are currently working on an offline editor for the Soundcraft Vi1, but until this is available it is possible to create shows offline for the Vi1 by using the Virtual Vi4 or Vi6 software.
Compatibility of Virtual Vi with Apple Mac computers
The Virtual Vi software is only available in Windows format (requires Windows XP SP3 or later), and we do not currently have any plans to develop a native Mac version, as the resources needed to do this are not economically practical. However, in most cases it is possible to run the Virtual Vi software on a Mac by either booting into Windows XP using Boot Camp, or using a windows emulator such as Parallels (version 7 recommended) or VMWare Fusion to run Windows XP or later on the Mac.
In both PC and Mac cases, please note that there are occasionally particular hardware combinations in the computer which mean it will not work with the software, and it is usually not possible to fix this except by using a different machine (it is not practical for us to test every single combination or make of hardware). Note the machine must be fitted with at least 1GB of RAM and ideally should not have external media devices attached (eg CF or SD card readers, etc).
Minimum System Requirements:
PC running Windows XP SP3
1.8GHz Pentium M or similar processor
1GB RAM (2GB recommended)
100MB free hard drive space for application installation
USB port (for transfer of Shows to/from console)
Display Resolution 1280x800. A widescreen monitor is recommended
for Vi1 to minimise horizontal scrolling.
